My journey to this point has been anything but conventional. It started in the Rhode Island National Guard, where I spent 13 years flying both helicopters and airplanes. That time gave me a deep appreciation for seeing the world from a different perspective and eventually led me to become an instructor pilot.

After leaving the military, I channeled my technical aptitude into a new direction: software engineering. For the last 10 years, I've been building and solving problems in the digital world, and I currently work as an engineer at Shopify. It's a career that requires a love for problem-solving and a passion for crafting seamless user experiences.

Recently, I found myself missing the thrill of aviation and that unique perspective from above. I realized that launching Ocean State Drone Company was the perfect blend of my accumulated skills. This company is the intersection of the adventure of flight and the art of digital craftsmanship. Whether we're in the air or finalizing the details on our latest project, my goal is to deliver an experience that reflects a lifetime of exploration and technical expertise, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
